Better together.
I’m an architect, advocate, educator, and parent. Together, we’ll build a shared community vision and create a Eugene that is sustainable, thriving, safe, and inspired.
Eugene’s future is bright.
Our community has a bright future, and we’ll realize it by meeting the urgent challenges of our time – providing stable and affordable housing, ensuring our parks and public spaces are safe and accessible to everyone, and building a healthy local economy that is sustainable and supports working families.
The Willamette Valley provides us with a huge head start as a great place to live, but it’s up to us – as city leadership and people working together – to make sure that everyone can access the unique opportunities that Eugene offers and contribute to our shared future. I look forward to that work and to accomplishing our goals together, including:
Building an economy that is thriving, fair, and sustainable.
We can build a local economy where our workers, families, and local businesses have what they need to succeed. We always consider impacts on the environment in determining how business gets done, and we prove the Willamette Valley to be a place of innovation and opportunity.
More stable and abundant housing.
Everyone in our community should be able to access stable housing – whether buying or renting, housing is the foundation of health and opportunity in community. People who are living in unhoused conditions need access to shelter and support.
Making our public spaces a priority.
The city’s parks and open spaces are designed to support our community’s needs. They provide beauty, biodiversity, clean air and water, and places for people to play, relax, and recharge. We will make sure they are safe, well-maintained, and accessible to everyone.
